Decifer is a market intelligence and educational information service. It presents data, scores, themes, and plain-language readings of the market. It does not provide personalised investment advice, and it does not execute trades on your behalf.

• Nothing in Decifer is a recommendation, solicitation, or offer to buy or sell any security or financial product.
• Decifer is not a licensed financial advisor, broker, dealer, or investment manager, and using it creates no advisory or fiduciary relationship.
• You are solely responsible for your own decisions. Always do your own research and consider seeking advice from a licensed professional.

The automated bot shown in Decifer trades a simulated paper account with no real money. Any activity, positions, or results you see are simulated. Simulated and past performance do not indicate or guarantee future results.

Decifer relies on third-party market, fundamental, and news data. That data can be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose.

You agree not to misuse the service. In particular, you will not:

• Scrape, copy, or resell the data or content for commercial purposes without permission.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the service or its infrastructure.
• Present Decifer content to others as financial advice or as your own.

The Decifer name, design, software, and the intelligence we produce are owned by us or our licensors. You may use the app for your personal, non-commercial use. All other rights are reserved.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Decifer Markets and its team are not liable for any trading or investment losses, or for any indirect or consequential damages, arising from your use of, or reliance on, the service. You use Decifer at your own risk.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. The specific emirate and courts of jurisdiction will be confirmed once the operating entity is incorporated. Where mandatory local consumer laws apply to you, those protections are not affected.

We may update these terms as the product evolves. The date at the top reflects the latest version.
